Synology CMS (Central Management System) allows you to quickly and conveniently manage multiple Synology NAS servers.
Once CMS is installed, you can designate your Synology NAS server as the CMS Host and designate other servers as managed servers. The CMS Host provides a single interface to monitor and maintain the managed servers.
Synology CMS allows you to manage NAS devices that are both local in your network as well as remote via quickconnect or FQDN. in addition, Synology CMS allows you to install and manage servers straight out the box. Just connect the Synology NAS to network and power and Synology CMS will do the rest including install DSM on it.
