On the afternoon of Nov 18, the victim lost her wallet while shopping at Walmart (19910 Bruce B. Downs Bl.). On the same day, the suspect seen here used the victim's credit card at the same Walmart to make two separate fraudulent transactions. She was seen leaving in a 2020-2022 Nissan Rogue.
