Urgh, water levels are so hard to make fun, but I think I got kind of close. First section I think came out well. Some parts, the timing is a bit tight. There is a funny unintended death if you don't go in the keydoor quick enough. The bullet launcher that got bounced up by the spring will fall down, bounce off the spring again but instead of going up, it will go right and crush you.
Second section... that's pretty much where I ran out of ideas. There's not a whole lot you can do really in SMB3 when on cheetah scroll. I am glad that I decided to nerf the ending. The original required both pows, the extra pow you needed to drop below the keydoor as it was hovering over a jellyfish. Kicking the big bomb into the area isn't always consistent so both noteblocks aren't always activated. Sure enough, my clear check run got them both...
Now, if you were wondering about where the 3rd section was since you could see the other CP after the slow swim... it's not possible to reach it unless in editor. Basically an extra section only I had to play for clear checking the level, it was a slow minor precision item carry swim while avoiding munchers popping out of pipes. Actually the real reason is I didn't want the level map preview look empty so I just filled it with fluff and then semi-trolled by making the CP visible making the unsuspecting player who managed to grind through the fast swim think the level isn't even over yet.
It would have been too mean if I made any of the pipes at the end take you there and force the CP on the player. This aint no Uno Mas level.
