0:23 - The hardest part of this method isn't the sideflip off the flower; it's the preceding triple jump. When I fail, it's usually because the triple jump was too far right. To prevent this, I release the analog stick for a bit during the first and second jumps.
To sideflip off the flower, mash the A button and flip the analog stick just before Luigi lands.
0:55 - I have to spin before grabbing the pole to swing to the other side.
1:05 - For a while, I thought there might be a shortcut here. If you fly low enough with the Bee Suit, you can avoid grabbing the vine and fly into the last room. It's possible to fly far enough to reach the last 2D section, but unfortunately there is an invisible wall blocking the way at the very end :(
