Every sunday since about 2015, I make a loaf of bread. I often use the breadmaker just for convenience, dump the ingredients in and let it go while doing other things around the homestead but sometimes I do still hand make loaves including traditional white sandwich bread, traditional whole wheat bread, and sourdough. Some weeks, depending on how much bread I eat, I make a 2nd loaf around wednesday but sunday is the day every week. Its kind of became my after-church tradition. I often post pictures on instagram. I know my initial review of the neretva 3.3 lb breadmaker was not that great, mostly because the recipes are wrong in the included book so I felt for someone new to using a breadmaker it would not be a good first experience. However, I can confirm that it does consistently bake a great loaf of bread using my own recipes (many of which I have shared on youtube). If they would fix the included book recipes, I would give it 5 stars. I still use my oster breadmaker too.
