Ring pours are one of the best techniques for beginners to learn and master - and they are so versatile! In this video, I turned my canvas on the spinner as I poured the paint from the cup to add a spiral motion and I'm super happy with the results!

All of my paints were mixed with equal parts Color Tree PPM & a little water to thin.

Base coat: Leftover paints and strained table scrapings
Amsterdam Prussian Blue
Artist's Loft Metallic Cobalt
Amsterdam Sap Green + Artist's Loft Soft Body White
DecoArt Extreme Sheen Pewter
DecoArt Satin Enamel + Vallejo Pearl Medium

I 'rescue' any paint that gets spun or tilted off by scraping it off of the table, straining it and saving it to use as a base coat for future pours. Very little waste!
