I recently discovered @johanne_bossmann on Instagram... she makes the most serene and elegant landscapes and abstract paintings using heavily diluted acrylic paints. She uses the transparency like watercolors, and I was instantly fascinated! I was very happy to discover that she also has a Patreon group where she offers an introductory beginner course... my brain is literally BUZZING with ideas after watching her tutorials!
Out of respect for her, I am not giving any details in this video about how she mixes her paints or the products she recommends. I HIGHLY recommend that you take her course! It's short and inexpensive and I guarantee you'll come away a better, more intuitive artist.
