I was lucky enough to find a Powermatic 201 HH planer (22" capacity, 7.5 HP, single phase power) at a local auction. The bidding was spirited, but in the end, I won out. Working in a basement shop, I was once again faced with the challenge of how to get the new machine into the shop. This ended up being the largest machine I have moved in one piece. With a Harbor Freight trailer winch, comealong, lifting straps, and a lot of preparation, a lot can be accomplished!
