When we moved into our house in 2015, I discovered a major structural defect that the inspector had overlooked. In order to correct this, I had to jack up the damaged area and install new king studs. I then created a custom frame and panel door to separate the playroom from my workshop. I invented (I think) a technique for quickly and consistently coping the joints between the rails and styles.
