I have been on the lookout for a Bridgeport Milling Machine for a while. I came across a listing on Facebook Marketplace for a 1960's ish machine that had been in a basement for the past 30 years, and I knew it was the one for me.
This is how I disassembled the machine in place. We carried the small parts out by hand. I will lift the larger ones out the bulkhead, which will be the subject of part two.
