This tutorial explains figure 8 staff spins both forwards and backwards.

In this video I breakdown and explain the technique for how to do a figure 8 / infinity spin. I demonstrate this with a Jo staff, Kali stick and Sabre. The same principles can also be applied to Indian clubs, a Bo staff or many other types of martial art weapons.
