This tutorial explains moving whilst staff spinning using footwork.

In this video I explain moving through different planes whilst spinning by using foot to rotate 180 or 360 degrees.I demonstrate with a Jo Staff, however the principles can also be applied with the Bo staff or Indian clubs.
