In this video, I talk about some ideas for Indian Club training indoors. Even with limited space there are options.
There are four basic modes which I personally consider the foundation movements for Indian club swinging / spinning. These are inspired from flow arts and are based on timing and direction and can be applied in several ways.
I explore these modes particularly focusing on small wrist circles. I look at each and combine them at the end. These are parallel, split-parallel, anti-parallel (horizontal and vertical).
