Finally, after months of lockdown, I've ventured out and came across this amazing location.

This is one of my favourite beaches I've been to. Really quiet, peaceful and isolated. A great place to train! I couldn't resist filming some clips of staff spinning whilst I was there.

I am using a Gora Acro Staff in this video. Its a bit slow when it comes to spinning due to its heavy weight but fantastic for those who do acro and contact staff. It's got great balance and durability.

Any ideas where I may have filmed this?
