Hang on. SpongeBob and Patrick beat down on Squidward, try to make it up to him, and actually succeed? I must be in an alternate universe, because normally Squidward is never happy, always gets beaten down further, and doesn’t even get a happy ending. Yet alone in these seasons.
How did they do it? Oh wait, common sense! It’s like torturing someone isn’t automatically funny if they don’t deserve it! That shouldn’t be a miracle, but when it comes to something like SpongeBob that does this numbers of times, it’s a breath of fresh air.
