Fellow vegan bakers, this is a vegan sandwich loaf that will not disappoint you. Despite no egg, no butter, the loaf taste so fluffy soft! Give it a try and leave me a comment on your feedback!

~Recipe yields 2 sandwich loaves~

Ingredients (sweet stiff starter)
60g starter
180g high protein flour
80g water
30g sugar

Ingredients (dough)
350g high protein flour
110g wholemeal flour
40g sugar
8g salt
330g plant milk
30g olive oil
All the sweet stiff starter
