Here's my part for the incredible and super ambitious tri-collab hosted by 3 studios: @BlueFakerStudios , @EnrichedHeartEuphoria , @BlueSuperStudio !

Actually quite happy with this one! Not gonna lie tho,,, i literally speedran this part twice, once when the WIPs were due, and the second, when the deadline was the next day- kjsdahajkds I was extremely low on motivation, time and inspiration to make this part.
So what you're seeing here is basically the result of speedrunning and also getting into the zone while speedrunning??

I first started with the middle, and then worked towards the beginning and ending. I thought it'd be really cool for the part to flow with parts before and after mine, so i tried to add scenes that could help with that~
I also wanted to add orange accents to bits and pieces of this part, i was kinda vibing with that here ^^
This coloring was quite fun to make. It actually mostly consists of sharpening, saturation, and light leaks. So it's, imo, super easy and low-effort to make, but also looks nice~

The text was also fun to do despite some trial and error with the text at the beginning and end. At first i tried to move the scripted ''veins'' text horizontally, but i quickly decided that that's not it, because your eyes don't follow this area of the screen naturally, from where all of the other motion was happening. I then decided to move it upwards, to the center, and this ended up looking much nicer. Kinda reminiscent to how i like placing text in graphics, but, animated ^^

I had some struggles with the last couple clips tho. The clip at 0:07 was blank and the longer Super Sonic clip alongside the 06 flashing scenes weren't there, and i was really trying to find something that makes sense in terms of context in the scenes or composition, until eventually everything broke and i had 4 scenes of Sonic just looking to the right, which was boring. I then finally went with a ''sure this works'' scene from Riders for the first, and it ended up looking okay, and i then remembered about this scene of Super Sonic, which i proceeded to have trouble finding and downloading in a good quality, but i managed to find it!
And yes, i am glad that i got this done on time ^^

Ah, speaking a little bit about how this past year has been for me, i believe i forgot to do so in the previous upload: Parts of this last year were very good, parts could have been better!
At the start of the year, i think i might've gone into something akin to a nervous breakdown where i blanked out for months on end, due to high levels of anxiety. Plus it was the continuation of me getting sick every now and then. I wasn't really able to function well or get back to doing things well. I feel rather bad for not getting back to people quick enough in this time period, but i want to thank you all for being understanding, i appreciate it a lot!
The middle of the year was chaotic, fun, and tiring, up to a point. Graduated my art school, and in the last months, although i was slowly breaking apart from burnout and apathy about editing, i realized just how much i loved that school. After graduating art school, i wasn't able to get into any art related uni or academy that i wanted, and started studying something else instead, by pure... kinda unlucky coincidence of getting accepted into that course. It's a course closer to language and linguistics. I started to miss art and design a whole bunch. The last half of the year was spent with having an existential crisis, feeling exhausted, and trying to figure out where i'd want my future to take me. But i'm still trying my best to find the positives in this for now!

Through this big year, i want to give a massive shoutout to those who have been beside me during the year in some way or another, and whose presence has lit up my days endlessly. I love all of these people dearly, and i want to wish them all the best and of course all of y'all the best too in this coming year, as well! 💖
