For tramming my Proxxon BFB 2000 & BFW40/E milling machine …

For the second video (link to first video below) about trimming the Proxxon BFB 2000 + BFW 40/E milling machine I need to attach the dial gauge to the spindle. That is a shaft with different diameters on each end is required.
We start out with some 13mm mild steel round stock. That is turned down to 11.8mm on one side – so it will fit into the clamp of the dial gauge – and to 6mm on the other side – so it will fit into the 6mm collet of the spindle.
