Sitting The Trot | How To Move Your Seat. In this video, I will show you how I move my seat/pelvis when I'm working in sitting trot. When I was taught how to sit the trot I was continuously told to sit still but this is not the truth. If you try to sit still you will end up bouncing even more. You must allow your body to move with the horses' movement and that gives the ILLUSION that you are sitting still. I show you how my pelvis moves when I sit trot and I give you 3 sitting trot tips. This will show how to do sitting trot for beginners and will show you how to sit the trot without bouncing.
