Basic Horse Training | Horse Riding Lesson | Warm-Up Exercises For Horse And Rider @BasicHorseTraining | Uploaded October 2021 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
In this horse riding lesson, I show you how I warm myself and my horse up before we get into the working section of our training session. A correct warm-up is a vital part of horse training basics and it is of great value for older horses, stiff horses or even green horse training. It should include exercises for horses and I also add exercises for the rider as we should strive to be supple too. If you want to know how to school a horse you need to start here!
