Do you have a method or plan when you warm up your horse or do you just randomly ride your horse around? I have a method and in this video, I show you how I do it. It's uncut from start to finish and by the end of the warm-up, I have a horse that is ready to go on and do the "work" part of the session. He is supple and his joints and muscles are ready for work.
