Simple cream of mushroom pork

1.5 lbs pork belly cut into small pieces
1 package liptons Onion soup mix
1 10.5 oz can cream is mushroom soup
1 can water
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder

In a hot pan place pork and sear all sides. I’m using the Tupperware chef series pan so no oil is needed. Season with garlic powder.

Once all sides have a nice crisp sear, add cream or mushroom soup and 1/4 can of water to loosen the soup. Add onion soup mix. Mix everything well and leave on high heat. Slowly add in the rest of the can of water and continue to boil until the sauce thickens into almost a gravy like consistency. Done!
