Supplies:
Simon Hurley Create:
-Cue The Confetti 3 piece Stencil Set
-Snappy Birthday Stamp set
-Medium Blending Brushes
-Silicone Paste Spreader
-Surface Sampler Pack
-Astro Paste: High Tide
-Stellar Ink Pads: Prom Queen, Rosy Cheeks, Overzealous, Ultraviolet, Clear Skies

Tim Holtz Distress:
-Distress Sprayer
-Media Grip Mat

Instructions:
-With a medium Blending Brush, Stencil a 4” x 5-¼” piece of Stark White card stock with layer one of the Cue the Confetti Stencil and Rosy Cheeks ink
-For layer 2 use Prom Queen Ink.
-For layer 3 use High Tide Astro Paste, for quick and easy application try the new Silicone Paste Spreader. Let dry.
-Splatter this panel with watered down Overzealous and Ultraviolet ink.
-Cut out the center of this panel with either a rectangular die or a paper trimmer, creating a window for the shaker card. Cover this opening with a piece of acetate. Put foam adhesive all around the window opening on the backside only.
-Attach the small-stenciled rectangle to the card front. Place desired confetti pieces on top of this for your shaker. -Place the frame down over the top of the shaker bits, lining up the patterns on both panels.
-Add a die cut rectangular frame around the window opening. This can be made with two rectangular dies or with paper trimmer.
-Stamp Alligator image and sentiment of choice from the Snappy Birthday stamp set. Color image as you like and die cut out with the coordinating die set.
-Feel free to use an additional sentiment and image on the inside of the card to dress that up as well.
