Sidney Bechet plays his composition "En Attendant Le Jour" ("I Keep Calling Your Name"), backed by Claude Luter's Orchestra. Such power and rhapsodic passion in Sidney's soprano sax playing, as always.

Composed in the 1940s, the song was originally credited to Sidney Bechet and Paul Barbarin. When Barbarin saw that the Vogue recording was credited to Bechet alone, he naturally took exception!
