The Canadian government is proposing that we should double (or triple) Canada's electrical power grid generation capacity by 2030. This is estimated to cost at least $1 TRILLION. The Pembina Institute provides a public opinion poll on climate and energy topics. But...is that how public policy on energy and climate policy should be made?
