Driving while intoxicated, Refusal to submit to chemical testing, refusal to consent to taking a breath sample, consumption of alcohol in vehicle, open or unsealed alcohol in motor vehicle, Operation of vehicle on private property to avoid traffic sign or signal, Reckless Driving), Careless Driving)

Reason for Stop: Observed vehicle turn into gas station lot without a turn signal and then leave abruptly.
Observations:
• Strong odor of alcohol emanating from vehicle and suspect.
• Two empty beer bottles found in rear passenger seat.
• Three empty and four unopened beer bottles found in vehicle after arrest.
• Marijuana found in vehicle (not in proper container).
• Glossy eyes in suspect.
• Difficulty performing field sobriety tests.
