On 1/8/25 Hanover Township NJ detectives arrest man for shoplifting at ShopRite grocery store. An employee from ShopRite had reported multiple shoplifting incidents involving the same individual. Detective Magley initiated an investigation, and during the process, the employee contacted authorities once more to report that the suspect had returned to the store. Detective Magley promptly responded and took the man into custody. Further investigation confirmed that he was also responsible for previous thefts.
He was charged with shoplifting over $600 worth of merchandise across multiple incidents. He was subsequently released with a scheduled court date.
