On May 11, 2024 deputies were dispatched after reports of a woman on a bicycle recklessly weaving in and out of traffic, nearly causing collisions.
Before deputies arrived, she keyed multiple vehicles.
When approached, Gadoury fled into a grassy field and actively resisted arrest.
While struggling with deputies, she attempted to stab an officer in the leg with a sharp Fix-a-Flat tool.
A Taser was deployed to subdue her.
She continued resisting by using her legs to block officers from placing her in the patrol car.
Charges:
Fleeing with intent to elude law enforcement
Resisting an officer with violence
Aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer
Two counts of criminal mischief
