This is a video response to answer a question on the techniques I use to attach elastic to waistbands on pants and skirts. I hope you find it useful as well.
In this video I show how to sew an elastic waistband with a zigzag stitch or a serger. This is for member of patternreview.com who is having issue keeping the elastic waistbands nice and straight. I am sorry my hands are so dirty looking. I actually washed them, but I had just finished working on my industrial coverstitch machine and it was a oily dirty mess. ;)
