Time to work on the workpiece height adjustments using these rollers. I have the clamp situated for the drill press to give me exact center on the tubing. But, the tubing must be perfectly perpendicular to the workpiece. I need the hole that is drill through both sides to match. If the piece is tilted, the bolt will not be perpendicular. This means that the frame of my PlasmaCNC may not fit together correctly.
To do that I take some measurements with my calipers on both ends of the tube over the worktable. I continued to tweak the height of the rollers until the measurements on both sides of the table to the bottom of the tubing were close enough.
