Surveillance footage from Hellas Air Temp Inc. shows an SUV speeding down Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk just moments before a serious crash Sunday evening. The SUV crashed near Elmcrest Terrace, striking a guardrail at a high rate of speed, officials said. Two passengers were ejected from the vehicle, while firefighters had to free the trapped driver. Four people were taken to the hospital.
