State police arrested a man after deploying stop sticks to end a pursuit of a pickup that Norwalk police were seeking in connection with a suspected larceny and evading crash, officials said.

After the stop, Glenn London, 62, attempted to flee on foot but was taken into custody after a brief struggle with troopers, according to police.

London was charged with interfering with an officer, reckless endangerment, evading responsibility involving property damage, reckless driving and engaging police in a pursuit, police said.
