Hey everyone! I thought it was time to update my seed stitch pattern video. I personally love this stitch along with moss stitch. Please let me know down in the comments what your favorite stitch to use is. Hope this was helpful.

Items:
Caron Simply Soft Yarn in Medium Blue
Boye Aluminum Double Pointed needles size 7 (4.5mm)
Instructions:
Cast on an odd number of stitches.
Row 1: *K1, P1; rep from * across.
Repeat Row 1 to form pattern.
Working pattern with an even number of sts.
Row 1: *K1, P1; rep from * across.
Row 2: * P1, K1; rep from * across.
Repeat Rows 1 & 2 to form pattern.

Abbreviation:
k = knit
p = purl
* = when * are used it means where to repeat the pattern from.
