In the final episode of Secret Invasion, Fury arrives at New Skrullos, a facility where he finds dead Skrulls and Gravik, the Skrull leader. Fury is affected by radiation sickness but manages to deceive Gravik with a disguise. He reveals that he created a new planet for the Skrulls on Earth but kept it a secret due to potential hatred from humans. Fury also admits feeling relief during "The Blip," thinking he wouldn't have to fight anymore.
Meanwhile, Rhodey is urged to retaliate against the Russians but is later captured by Skrulls. Fury offers Gravik the DNA of various heroes and villains, including Captain Marvel, to leave Earth and find a new planet to inhabit. Gravik transforms into a powerful Super Skrull using the stolen abilities.
In the hospital, Fury saves President Ritson and warns him about the Skrulls' kidnapping of world leaders. Ritson, under Skrull influence, announces a bill declaring all off-world species as enemy combatants. Fury tries to reason with him, but the President refuses.
In Russia, Gravik and G'iah engage in an intense battle, using various heroes' powers from the stolen DNA. G'iah eventually defeats Gravik using Captain Marvel's energy blast. Fury deactivates the bomb Gravik had set, and G'iah releases the captured world leaders.
The series ends with G'iah proposing an alliance with Sonya to protect both humans and Skrulls, hinting at an ongoing "Secret Invasion." Fury meets his wife and Varra joins him on a peace negotiation mission with the Kree.
Regarding Skrull Rhodey's identity, it is unlikely that he has been a Skrull since Civil War due to advanced technology being able to detect imposters. It is more plausible that he was captured and replaced after the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
The leaked plot theory of The Marvels is also hinted at during the episode, further supporting the idea of a "Peace Summit" in the movie. However, it is essential to keep an eye out for confirmed details and avoid spoilers.
