London walk through the exclusive area of Belgravia in the centre of the city famous as a land of embassies but an area rich with a lurid history full of amazing stories. One of London's most expensive areas, Belgravia was developed from the 1820s on an area of marshy boggy fields by the Dukes of Westminster. Over time it became the home of politicians, aristocracy and the haunt of gangsters. It also has some of London's most notorious pubs.
