I found it really hard to decide where to parkrun on this particular Saturday. I somehow ended up at Cross Flatts parkrun... I think I was driving to Middleton Woods parkrun and remembered that this parkrun was a little closer and decided to revisit. I am so thankful that I did as it was exactly what I needed. When I'm feeling sad then there's nowhere I would rather be. parkrun is just fantastic for my mind, body and soul.

A simple parkrun morning at an event that was well overdue a visit! I am so grateful to all of the volunteers at Cross Flatts parkrun, Beeston, who made this parkrun possible.
