Pinellas County Deputies are attempting to dupe me into believing that they can do whatever they want if they call it a 'rule'. Law Enforcement is there to enforce laws, not make them up. When deputies tell you to do things that you don't have to do they are acting illegally, which when referencing law enforcement is called "Under Color of Law". I'm just trying to go into the Pinellas County Law Library to get some legal study done, but every time, I encounter these unconstitutional, oath breaking officers who want to exert a face sense of control by breaking the law. It's shameful behavior and chips away at our liberties. It's not about the hat, it's about our rights. Give them an inch and they'll take a mile. The bigger problem is that it is unclear at this point if they even know what the law is. Enjoy the video!
