Ruth Eckerd Hall's BayCare Sound, which is contracted with the City of Clearwater to run the events at the amphitheater in Coachman Park is very aggressive about preventing people outside the fence from viewing the show. Keep in mind, the $84M bill that paid for the city-owned venue come out of the taxpayers pockets. Still, REH is so malicious that it has blocked off the prime outside-the-gate location with a fuel-based generator in an attempt to sicken people with the toxic fumes to keep them out.
Ruth Eckerd Hall is NOT the right partner for the city to run events for the people. If you hate the people, get out! Also, REH is a monopoly for big events, in the area. Monopolies are illegal in Florida... and the U.S.
