Dr. BILL BANFIELD, professor emeritus of Africana Studies at Berklee College of Music, is the first ever composer in residence with JOE LOEHNIS's Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. He is currently in his second year of a three year residency. At this week's Rotary meeting, they will discuss contemporary artistry and its impact on today's culture.
