MARKUS BRAUER is a professor in the Psychology Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with secondary affiliations in the Wisconsin School of Business and the School of Medicine and Public Health. Research that uses rigorous scientific methods to study issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion is often referred to as "diversity science."
