Wanted to break 4 minutes, can't seem to get it.
The drives are working well! They don't get hot, very quiet, and seem to be reliable thus far.
Hardware:
PI5, Octopus 1.1 Pro mainboard for E and Z + Fans/Temp/ETC, STM32H723 development board for step/dir signals to the servos, MMB expansion board MCU (RPI 2040), Steps/rev=10K. No issues with step generation or MCU drops.
I have a flow cap at 80mms3 and there are places where it goes over my 62mms3 sustained flow limit, at sane temps. As I increase the speed past this, it starts to break up. I could mitigate this with more temp, but this will cause the cooling to be inadequate. Increase the layer height and more cooling issues. I will just stop here.
ABS, 295C, 700mms, 130SCV, 70K acceleration, .2 layer height, .5 line width, .005 PA, .02ST, .95EM.
