50K or 30K acceleration, 500mms commanded, same patterns, less with .01ST and adjusted PA values. This cube was 30K acceleration. Time difference between the 2 accelerations is 40 seconds.
Total time for this is 5:40.
Sunlu ABS, 0.4TC nozzle, 275C print temp, 45% cooling speed.Cooing is too high for this print and or temp too low. UFO has some velocity!
This is using variable PA by feature. Smooth time .01
Walls/internal/external .007 - this value is too low
infill .001 - who cares haha
Top and solid .001 - too low
Strange patterns, not vertical lines, but swashes of some sort. Shows better when cube is still hot, reduces visual when cold.
I have not been speed printing lately. I have had many things come up in life these last 4 months... Micro Burst tornado like thing destroys fence and trees, projects for customers, ETC. So now getting back to seeing if this printer is any better than the last one.
Slated mods for this printer will be 12mm belts, Belay filament pusher, and also the Boombox bowden extruder. It's been slow to test these, but I will get there.
