This is a print that starts at .2 layer height, then where the model has that curvature at the top, it's switched to .1 layer height.
Line width is .8 for this test and also tested at 0.4, 0.44, 0.5, 0.6.

Below .15 layer height seem to be impossible for this setup.
I have tried;
No PA, vary PA from 0 to .04. change Smooth Time, vary temp from 260 - 300, slow down, speed up, increase line width, change flow from 100% down to 80% and up to 120%.
Rebuilt the extruder, put a 8T Moons on it.

What in the Frankenstein is the deal!!!
