Putting more fire in it... Looks slow, small details do that. No matter how fast your printer can print or how much acceleration.. these type prints are slow to print!
700mms commanded, 70SCV/Jerk, 50K acceleration all but external 700mms/30K
.25 layer height, not typical for me, thought I would see how it looked at .25.
This print is highly acceleration bound and square corner bound!
A little stringing in the feet, 295C ABS, 0.4 retraction @ 80mms, pressure advance 0.008, smooth time 0.02. Using MPC heating for extruder and PID for bed. 1st layer flow was 100% and I set up a new profile for this, forgetting to increase to 120-130%.
Closed the chamber/open the chamber/listen how much the sound changes outside the printer. Most of the noise is coming from the exit of the ducts/exit of CPAP. It's time to make a post CPAP filter and see if I can knock down the noise a bit.
