Peter Ward | Rising damp - Nope - its broken drains! @WarmDryHome | Uploaded 6 years ago | Updated June 15 2023
It's been suggested this property needed damp proofing and tanking. We gave the thermal imaging camera a workout, and found peculiar cold areas. It rained, and lo and behold, a leaky drain was the culprit. The walls will be cleaned off so they can breathe and dry out, the drain mended, and good ventilation installed - the cellars will then be dry. Simple!!
