Many of you voted in the poll I put up in the community tab, and over on Instagram, and voted that I talk about rest days and how we can use them to promote health and wellness both physically and spiritually. Rest impacts our lives in deep ways... we do not create from a place of exhaustion, we create from a wellspring of abundance. And I believe that the abundance within us is fed by what we PUT IN. The nourishment we give ourselves mind, body, and spirit, and an instrumental aspect of this nourishment is REST. So that's what we are unfolding today in this discussion.
