I believe that there is a strong, direct connection between wellness and creativity - how we look after ourselves, the mindfulness we put into self care, and how much we are able to create. Creativity should be a joyful overflow from a full cup, not a struggle from an empty one. In this video I wanted to share the top 3 mindfulness tools I use in my own daily practice to help me feel inspired and ready to create. I don't call myself an author because I don’t believe in labels.
I believe that story is art - that it's sacred, and that it is and has always been a force that changes and shapes our world. That's why I write, and that's why I create videos (even co-produced an environmental film).
