I made this replay to get higher criminal rating. The replay lasts 9 seconds, and it gives +2160 per replay (equates to 72 helicopters destroyed). It also gives +7 boats destroyed to the stats, but those dont give any criminal rating, and increases property damage by + 241904.
I think is a good replay, even when compared to fnxrak`s one, which gives +2190 (73 helicopters destroyed), but 0 boats destroyed:

After downloading it, put it in your "GTA San Andreas User Files" and then to activate it while playing on your save by pressing F3 (or Fn + F3). It takes 463 replays to reach King of San Andreas. If you can get fnxrak`s replay it will take 457 replays to reach it.
