In this episode, I comprehensively go through the main ways to accomplish reductive amination. The methods I discuss include NaBH3CN, Na(AcO)3BH, Pd/C & H2, as well as the Eschweiler-Clarke Reaction and the Leuckart Reaction. Finally, I discuss amide synthesis, as well as the synthesis of tertiary amines via iterated acylation and reduction with LAH.
