This is what coaching looks like on a refresh day.
Not a script. Not a one-size routine. Watching what the hair is doing, adjusting the water, separating what needs to be separated, and making a decision based on what's actually there.
When a refresh isn't coming back together, there are really only two options. Force the frizz into the existing clump or separate it out and define each one individually. Which one depends on your hair in that moment.
That's where coaching comes in.
